Atlanta Style Magazine (or as we affectionately call it, ATL Style) is a high-end multimedia multicultural magazine featuring fashion, music, celebrity and lifestyle. Each issue comes complete with hot new music (CD or download) as well as fabulous fashion-forward styles and fashions modeled by gorgeous models of every ethnicity and hue. At ATL Style beauty truly begins on the inside. Copies are sold at Atlanta’s premier shopping destination, Lenox Square Mall, as well as Barnes & Nobles and coming soon to a fine bookstore near you. FYI, the current issue is sold out all over the city except the Barnes & Noble at Camp Creek Market Place.

While we rely on very talented and creative contributors from many sources near and far, our core team is comprised of the below-listed amazingly talented people. Pardon me for gushing over our in-house talent, I promise not to make it a habit – LOL. As you can see however I am very passionate about my people – LOL.

Kenny Stewart, CEO/Publisher/Editor-in-Chief

Hometown? I’m actually one of the few people these days that is actually from this great city, the SWATS (Atlanta’s southwest side) to be exact. I attended Westwood HS (now called Westlake), Georgia State for undergrad and graduated from Howard University School of Law in DC. I’ve moved away 3 times but always seem to find my way back home.

Defining Moment? As a child, I always dreamed of playing pro football so when I made the University of Notre Dame’s football team as a walk-on it was like living a dream.

Favorite Book? This is a tough one so rather than choose one, I’ll list a few favorites: The Art of Happiness by the Dali Lama; The Autobiography of Malcom X by Alex Haley; as well as the Medu Neter and Sun Tzu: The Art of War by authors unknown.

Words You Live By? While through the ages there have been lots of wise words imparted by truly amazing individuals much wiser than I, sometimes it’s not about how much you know but rather how passionate are you and are you willing to pay the sacrifice required to succeed… so with that in mind I will quote John F. Kennedy and Jay Z who said essentially the same thing with the following quotes: “Failure is not an option” by JFK and “I will not lose” by Jay Z.
